Sometime in the next few years we are going to see Boba Fett back on the big screen. Word is that Lucasfilm has been working on a spinoff movie starring the famous bounty hunter. It may not be confirmed yet, but we know that it’s coming. It might look something like this trailer made by Director Eric Demeusy.
This fan-trailer is called Star Wars: The New Republic Anthology. Boba Fett escapes the Sarlacc Pit and makes his way to his ship, Slave I. The costume looks great, the music is right on target. It makes me itch for Fett’s new movie. It is a great time to be a Star Wars fan.

Two of your childhood favorites get mashed up into one cool new thing. I’m talking Star Wars and Dr. Seuss. This classic mashup is super adorable and comes from artist Jason Peltz.
The force is the force. Of course of course. I would have loved to have these children’s books as a kid. It’s too bad Dr. Seuss never teamed up with George Lucas. At least we have cool art like this to show us what could have been.
At last we can pre-order the Ralph McQuarrie Stormtrooper Statue. Without Ralph McQuarrie’s conceptual drawings and paintings, Star Wars would have been a completely different experience. His vision helped to shape the world that George Lucas had created. This awesome Stormtrooper was inspired by Ralph McQuarrie’s pre-production artwork for Star Wars: A New Hope.
This 1:5th scale soldier of the Empire looks amazing. He has several display options: carrying a shield in one hand while wielding a lightsaber or blaster in the other, and he also has distinctive helmets and armor that more closely resembled fighter pilot gear than the final costumes seen in the film. McQuarrie’s Stormtrooper design comes to life at last in statue form.
Who knew that Han Solo frozen in Carbonite made such a tasty treat? This is Falcontoys’ extremely limited edition figure. It’s already sold out, but maybe if you ask your grocery store, they might get more in stock.

The excitement is only building as Star Wars: The Force Awakens draws closer. The new movie will be coming out in just a few months. So let’s take a moment to look back at all of the lightsabers from the movies so far.
