Spider-Man: Homecoming Promo Shows Off Spidey’s Suit

New Spider-Man Homecoming Promo Shows Off Spidey's Suit
Here is a cool short promo video for Spider-Man: Homecoming. It highlights the new Spidey suit and all of it’s upgrades. Tony Stark packed it full of neat tricks and gadgets. I can’t wait to see Peter Parker play with them all in the film. This movie really looks like they have made Spider-Man fun again and taken things back to basics. Spider-Man has always been about the struggle of balancing his home and school life with being a superhero. That’s when Spidey works and so far I think they have nailed it. This movie should be great.

New Justice League Photo Shows Off Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, The Flash and Aquaman
A new photo from Zack Snyder’s Justice League has made its way online and it features the whole gang. This is the first image of these characters gathered together as a team. Where is Superman? I guess he took the photo. We will find out soon. I really want to like this movie and I hope I do, but it just doesn’t feel right. The tone seems all wrong. The Flash’s armor still bothers me too. I don’t think he looks cool at all. Maybe this movie will surprise me. I sure hope so. It just seems like it is overcompensating.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will arrive in theaters on November 17, 2017.

Early Deadpool Concept Art

Early Deadpool Concept Art
I know we are all waiting for Deadpool 2, but in the meantime, check out these awesome pieces of concept art created for Deadpool. They were done by conceptual artist Andrew Leung very early on. This would be before Tim Miller was on board to direct even. These images do a great job of visually bringing an early draft of the script to life early on. There’s the freeway battle scene, Deadpool lying on a bed bleeding, Deadpool and his blind roommate and more. I’m really impressed by how close the movie scenes are to much of this art. It looks like they really helped to lock in the tone and the look of the film. These pieces make me want to watch the movie all over again, for like the tenth time.

Hot Toys Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Action Figures

Hot Toys Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Action Figure Preview
How is this for the start of the new year? Hot Toys has released a photo giving us a preview of their Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 action figure lineup! They all look pretty stunning, but as usual Baby Groot steals the show. Here we see Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot. It should be noted that these are just prototypes that were made for the figures, but even so, you can tell they are going to be great. I can’t wait for the movie to arrive. These figures just make me even more excited about it.

Gotham City Sirens Art Casts Emma Stone as Poison Ivy and Eliza Dushku as Catwoman
You’ve likely heard by now that director David Ayer and actress Margot Robbie are preparing their Gotham City Sirens film for Warner Bros. Well, fans are already making a bunch of art and casting the film for themselves. This fan art casts Emma Stone in the role of Poison Ivy and Eliza Dushku as Catwoman. Neither of these actresses occurred to me for these roles, but I have to say, the choices seem pretty damn solid. It probably would never happen though. This art comes from the very talented BossLogic and one can only hope that it somehow comes true.

Batman v Superman VFX Reel Is A Must Watch

Batman v Superman VFX Reel Is A Must Watch
Okay, so Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice didn’t go down well with many of the fans, but I think we can all agree that we were impressed by the visual effects. The effects work was simply top notch and there are more effects in the movie than you might think. This fun video will show you a lot of it and you will be impressed all over again. Whether you like the movie or not, the work that went into it must be respected.

First Trailer For Alien: Covenant

First Trailer For Alien Covenant
Merry Christmas everyone. Fox has an amazing Christmas gift for you this year. The first trailer for Alien: Covenant. All I can say is, it was worth the wait. This looks like the Alien movie that fans have waited for. While I was one of the fans that loved Prometheus, many people did not. This movie looks like it delivers what most fans want, who were disappointed with that movie. It looks very similar in tone and atmosphere to the original movie. If the trailer is any indication, this is going to be an amazing and scary movie.

Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.

It will hit theaters on May 19th.

The Art Of Ghost In The Shell

The Art Of Ghost In The Shell
The new Ghost in the Shell movie looks like the future cyberpunk movie we have been craving for a long time and now we also get to take a look at a book that is all about what it took to bring this world to the big screen. The Art of Ghost in the Shell is written by David S. Cohen with a foreword from WETA Workshop’s Richard Taylor.

This book is a behind-the-scenes look at how the movie was made and how they created the aesthetic look of the film. From what we can see so far, it looks every bit as intriguing as the movie itself.

Kaiyodo Batman Classic 1966 Movie 1:35 Scale Batmobile

Kaiyodo Batman Classic 1966 Movie 1 35 Scale Batmobile
Quick Robin, to the Batmobile! From the 1966 classic Batman: The Movie, this 1:35 Scale Batmobile from Kaiyodo is an amazing recreation of the iconic vehicle. It has spinning tires and opening doors, hood, and trunk. As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the best cars ever to grace the small or big screen. It also includes standing and sitting Batman and Robin figures because no one else is allowed to be in this vehicle. This one is going to look awesome in your collection.
