Swedish Predator House

predator house

This house in Sweden looks normal on the outside, but it has a terrible alien secret within it’s walls. It is an amazing Predator themed home on the inside, with life sized Predators, Predator accents and even an amazing Predator themed home theater.

Now that is how you decorate a home. Um, assuming you have a very understanding wife anyway.

Concept Art For Angel In X-Men: Apocalypse

Ben Hardy has officially been cast as Angel in X-Men: Apocalypse. We also have some new concept art of the character. These two pieces of concept art show the back of the character with wings and without wings.

What do you think? I think they look pretty neat. Deadly, yet graceful. Needs more purple though. I think we can expect some good things from this character.

Postcards From Fictional Locations: Gotham, King’s Landing And More

You know, if they made more postcards like this, people might actually use them like they did in the old days. MyPrint247.co.uk designed these cool postcards for fictional places like Mos Eisley, Frozen’s Arendelle, Gotham City and other locales.

The great art and design makes you wish you could visit these places for real and pick up a few postcards as souvenirs while you are on vacation. I would definitely visit Mos Eisley and Gotham City.

These Minimalist Star Wars Character Icons Are Delightful

Lisbon, Portugal based artist Filipe Carvalho created these flat minimal Star Wars icons. They are colorful and adorable. Instead of complex images that are full of detail Filipe uses just a few colors to create these characters.

I would love to have these hanging on my wall, that’s for sure. The force is strong with Filipe’s art. I don’t think you could make these characters any more simple.

Famous Cars If They Were Transformers

This series comes from artist Darren Rawlings. These are what famous cars would look like as Transformers! The results are pretty awesome. You can check out his page for more, but below are some of our favorites.

I love the Batmobile Transformer. This is an awesome idea that is well executed. Now if only I could buy toys based on these designs, I would be very happy. maybe one day.

Stunning Paper Model Of The Millennium Falcon

Sometimes you look at a paper model and it’s easy to admire the fine craftsmanship, and sometimes an artist takes things to a whole new level and you are just blown away. This Millennium Falcon is made almost entirely out of paper. It’s 99% paper and 1% LED lights and fiber optics on the interior. Basically it is a masterpiece of paper engineering and design.

It took Polish artist Bernard Szukiel four years to complete it using photos as reference. His devotion is as inspiring as the finished product. No detail has been missed. It has the LEDs and fiber optics inside, even the scratches on the paint are accurate. Bernard you are a true master craftsman!

Batman Inspired Cereals

Like Jello, there’s always room for more superhero cereals. Phil Postma created this series of Batman-inspired cereal boxes. The art on each box blows my mind. Each has a ton of detail relating to that character. The Riddler’s cereal has a free puzzle on the back(Of course), while the Penguin’s cereal is shaped like little fish, for instance.

Why can’t we have cereals this cool for real? I ask you, in a world where we have put a man on the moon and managed to divorce George Lucas from Star Wars, why can we not have this?

Star Trek Coins Are The Credits We’ve Been Waiting For

Okay, so these awesome coins are not the Galactic credits from Star Trek’s future, but if you find yourself in the Pacific island country of Tuvalu, you can actually use them as legal tender. These are dollar coins and on one side it shows Elizabeth II, the Queen of Tuvalu. On the other side you will find either Captain Kirk or the USS Enterprise. Why do they never offer coins like this in America? They are lovely! Lucky Tuvalus!

They are from the Perth Mint of Australia and they are nearly pure silver. Beam me to Tuvalu Scotty!
