Twisted Joker Cosplay

The Joker is always twisted so maybe I should have titled this “Even More Twisted Joker Cosplay”. It’s had to reinvent a character like the Joker, who has been around for so long and who has had so many different versions, but I have to say The Commercial Kid manages to do a good job. She looks deliciously twisted cosplaying the Joker. I think it’s the hair and of course those vampire-like teeth, that make this version of the Joker stand out. The photos are by HSL Photography. These LEGO Superheroes Are Amazingly Adorable

These Marvel and DC LEGO superheroes by Hong Kong-based artist TKH are really amazing. I’m really surprised that LEGO didn’t think of selling this style first. These figures would be a huge hit. He really did an amazing job with all of the detail too.

The Rebirth of Superman

The Rebirth of Superman by artist Danilo Rodrigues is an amazing and funny modern interpretation of the classic painting titled The incredulity of Saint Thomas. That is the painting that gave rise to the term doubting Thomas, just in case you were wondering. I love it. It’s equal parts geeky and funny, but still has that seriousness of classic works of art. Batman seems skeptical, which is totally Batman in that situation.

Custom Cardboard Superheroes

I’m pretty blown away by what some people manage to create with cardboard, so when I saw Shreyas Malvankar’s Custom Cardboard Superheroes I was beyond impressed. How he gets so much detail using cardboard, I have no idea. That Gladiator Hulk has several accessories for instance. I hope he creates even more.
