Star Wars R2-D2 Measuring Cup Set

R2 units help with all kinds of things. They help you pilot X-Wings, they play holograms, smuggle Death Star plans and now they can help in the kitchen. This Star Wars R2-D2 Measuring Cup Set is exactly the kind of thing that can get me in the kitchen and get me baking some Star Wars cookies.

R2-D2’s body is built from 4 measuring cups: 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and 1 cup. As an added bonus, the detachable utility arms turn into nested measuring spoons: 1/4, 1/2, 1 tsp, and 1/3 tbsp. The dome is both 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp.

Hot Toys has really outdone itself with this awesome Rey And BB-8 Sixth Scale Figure Set. Rey features a newly developed head sculpt with fine hair sculpture, two interchangeable looks, very nicely tailored and detailed outfit, detailed accessories, and a hexagonal figure stand with the Resistance’s emblem.

BB-8’s body is embedded with self-balancing mechanisms, has LED light-up eyes, and a specially designed Jakku desert-themed figure base attachable to Rey’s hexagonal figure stand.

They make a fantastic looking pair in this set. I’m loving the realism. I may have to get this as a gift for myself this Christmas.

Now that the Doctor’s new Sonic Screwdriver has made its debut during the show’s season finale, we can get an even better look at it. I have to say, I really am in love with this design. It isn’t as chunky as the 11th Doctor’s Sonic, which I love, and it has some super cool lights. It’s also TARDIS blue. It is the perfect blend of old fashioned and modern. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to get my hands on a replica!

Check out all of the cool details on this LEGO replica of a Stormtrooper E-11 Blaster Rifle. They can’t shoot straight, but I guess they know how to build with LEGO bricks. Actually, Nick Jensen created this life-size recreation of the Stormtrooper weapon. It is 100% LEGO bricks and nothing but LEGO bricks.

Nick needs to just work for LEGO, because this blaster looks perfectly accurate as far as I can tell. I would love to buy this as an official LEGO set.
