Air Hogs is not quite finished with releasing Star Wars drones. They have enough drone ships that you could have one heck of a battle in the sky with your friends. This one is one of the most impressive yet. This R/C Star Destroyer drone is just under 12″ in width at its widest, and about 18″ long. It has light-up LEDs in the engines to make it look film accurate, a 250 foot range from the remote, and the actual structure of the ship is made out of a sturdy foam to keep it safe if it crashes. Which it will at some point. I have just one question. Where the hell was this when I was a kid?

This real life Batmobile or “arkham car” was built by Caresto for team galag as part of the 2016 gumball 3000 rally. It is based on blueprints from the ‘arkham knight’ video game, and I have to say, it looks frakkin amazing in real life. Unlike the video game version, this car was redesigned and manufactured so that it can actually be driven and be fully functional. Make sure you check out the video below.

You might remember Encho Enchev from that sweet Batmobile concept we featured recently. Well, he is full of great ideas and here’s another. Check out this beautifully crafted concept for a Star Wars Imperial fighter. It’s like somebody smashed a snowspeeder and a TIE Fighter together in the loveliest way possible.
The challenge here was to effectively combine shapes and elements to create believable model that can be part of the imperial air force.
This makes me wish that he had designed the ships from the prequels. I wasn’t a big fan of the ships in those films. Something like this would have been much more believable.

Wow. Just wow. We’ve seen many Batmobiles over the years, and each are special in their own way, but this Batmobile concept design is simply stunning. The front even looks like a bat face. This batmobile is sleek and low to the ground. Clearly made for speed, yet I’m sure it still has plenty of room for gadgets. And how about those brake lights? I’d love to see this one on film. It was created by Encho Enchev, a senior 3D artist and designer at Ubisoft. I really really wish I get a toy version of this car. It is quite a departure from current gen Batmobiles on film.

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century was a really bad show. Let’s be honest. The 80s were a strange time and a lot of weird stuff happened. Now that doesn’t mean that I don’t have love for this show. It gave us a lot of cool and fun stuff like Twiki, Hawk, and some cool starships. So, bad as it is, it still holds a special place in my heart.
