Tommy Wiseau Auditions For The Joker

The Room’s Tommy Wiseau is currently experiencing his 15 minutes of fame and he’s making the most out it. There have been some recent rumors that Joaquin Phoenix might be playing The Joker in an upcoming DC Films’ origin film. Naturally, Wiseau is interested in the role. Here’s his audition for the maniacal villain. I have to say, some of this is great and having an actual crazy person play the role of an insane villain might just work. This is pretty hilarious. Twisted Joker Cosplay

The Joker is always twisted so maybe I should have titled this “Even More Twisted Joker Cosplay”. It’s had to reinvent a character like the Joker, who has been around for so long and who has had so many different versions, but I have to say The Commercial Kid manages to do a good job. She looks deliciously twisted cosplaying the Joker. I think it’s the hair and of course those vampire-like teeth, that make this version of the Joker stand out. The photos are by HSL Photography. Amazing The Killing Joke Poster by Diego Riselli

Enjoy this simply stunning The Killing Joke Poster by Diego Riselli. It is a vector illustration based on the classic Batman story. What I find so interesting about this poster is how Diego managed to capture the Joker’s insanity, (I think we all know what goes down in that story) and also managed to give it a fun retro Animated Series vibe. I love it.

Amazing Geeky Matchbook Paintings

DugMcUglyArt made these super cool matchbook paintings with some of our favorite geek pop culture characters. Below are just some of his miniature masterpieces. The art is fantastic, but the artist also manages to inject some humor into these paintings.

One of my favorites is “The Hound” with the matches appropriately burned. Another is Jack Nicholson’s joker from Tim Burton’s Batman movie. I would love to display all of these together. Awesome work.
