Some people would say that Gotham is a sewer. I would never say that. Batman would kick my butt. I only mention it because these Batman Gotham City Manhole Cover Coasters are pretty cool.
They will protect your furniture from spills and stains while looking neat and showing your love of Batman’s stomping ground from Batman Begins.
If you have seen District 9, you know that the props by Weta Workshop are pretty amazing. If you somehow haven’t seen the movie, you are really missing out. The folks at Tested teamed up with prop maker Bill Doran and effects artist Frank Ippolito to replicate the movie’s Alien Assault Rifle and alien hand.
The finished items are amazing, but we already knew they would be with these talented people working on them. This stuff is so fun to watch. The video walks through the process of building each item.
ANOVOS is well known for their Star Trek uniform replicas, but you may not know that they also offer a variety of accessories. They are ready to introduce a bunch of cool new products including phaser rifle replicas and phaser replicas, even a tricorder replica.
These prop replicas focus on Deep Space Nine, First Contact, and Nemesis. They all have the detail and quality you would expect from the company.
They are manufactured out of wood for durability. While they were making the props, they decided to turn them into functional pillar candle holders. The end result is beautiful, functional and geeky. If you are good with wood, this project shouldn’t be very hard.

This toy is crazy. You would have to park it in your garage. I want one, but I would have to choose between this and the car.
I’m a big Indiana Jones fan, so when I saw this Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Grail Diary Replica, I got super excited. Then I checked my wallet and I got super sad. That’s the way it goes sometimes. SwakProps created this high quality replica of the Grail Diary Hero Prop from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
The pages were made in Adobe Illustrator using a realistic handwritten font and then were meticulously reproduced according to the available reference pictures. They are printed on 100gsm ivory paper and are hand weathered and folded into signatures in the exact order as the hero prop. It totals 282 pages. You can check out a video below.
Hot Toys recently unveiled their Sixth Scale Millennium Falcon Cockpit for your sixth scale Star Wars figures. Not only can you put your figures inside, but all of the detail is amazing and dead on and perfect. We will have more info eventually, but my God this thing is insane.
