Catwoman always knows how to annoy Batman, but he doesn’t look like he minds very much in this Batman and Catwoman Kissing Bookend. In fact, he looks pretty happy about it. Whether you choose one or a pair, these bookends will look amazing holding your Batman books, dvds, comics or other items.
We are loving these Superhero Abstract Art Prints from Etsy seller Uniquedrawing. They have all kinds of prints in this amazing style. Superheroes, Star Wars and much more. They are so bold and dynamic that they will look great wherever you display them. I would have trouble just choosing a few. They are all so awesome.
I had no idea that everything could be BB-8-ified. Check this out. BB-8 masquerades as other Star Wars characters, and even DC and Marvel superheroes. Is there anything or anyone that LEGO BB-8 can not mimic? Handoko Setyawan has taken the droid’s simple shape, and by playing with colors, transforms it into a bunch of familiar characters. This is so cool. I love R2-D2, but I never saw him do this.
Etsy shop HeroHuggers makes cool geek pillowcases that look like your favorite geek characters. They have superheroes, sci-fi characters from Star Wars and more. They are super cute and make your pillows come alive with personality. You’ll want to display them in your home and hug them to fall asleep. Make the pillows in your home adorable geek icons.
I love how different artists interpret things in minimalist style. In this case we have Frank L Tybush V’s Minimalist Comic Book Villains Art. Simple, clean and to the point. I think he did a great job with all of these villains and I would love to see what he can do with some of our favorite heroes as well. They would make great posters for sure.
Our heroes are always portrayed as being in their prime, with great physiques and amazing strength, but what happens when they binge too much on junk food. That’s what Kevin Sagoo’s art series titled Junk Food Superheroes explores and the results are not pretty. I wouldn’t trust these guys to rescue my cat. I sure feel sorry for the cities that they protect.
Well, that was an intense and unexpectedly awesome Justice League trailer. This looks like one hell of a movie. Before I was lukewarm about this movie, but this trailer has sold me. Even if it ends up having problems, it really looks like an intense and fun movie. There are so many cool moments in this trailer. Aquaman riding with Batman in the Batmobile for instance. You don’t see that everyday. No Superman in this trailer of course. It’s too early for them to give that to us. Justice League will hit theaters on November 17th.
Batman’s worst foes are all assembled here on this Gotham’s Worst Batman Villains Art Panel Set. It features tantalizing art of the Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Mr. Freeze and the Riddler. I love the style that these are done in. We’ve featured the artist’s work before and it is always impressive. This set simply looks stunning and would be the crown jewel in any Batman fan’s home. This is some premium Batman art right here.
New Delhi, India based artist Anuj Goyal created this fun and cute Baby Superhero Art, depicting the Hulk, Batman, Superman, Iron Man and Captain America as toddlers. It is done in a fun style that makes you want to see more. I hope he adds to this series soon.
The Justice League will be making appearances on the boxes of several of General Mills cereals, which include: Honey Nut Cheerios, Multi Grain Cheerios, Trix, Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Of the six cereal boxes that are getting a complete DC Super Hero makeover, the front of five boxes will feature transformations of General Mills’ characters, and one box features Wonder Woman herself. BuzzBee is Batman, the Trix Rabbit is Superman, Lucky is Green Lantern, Sonny is The Flash, and the Crazy Squares team is Aquaman, Cyborg and Green Lantern.
But that is not all. These specially-marked boxes also include one of four exclusive DC comic books. Still not enough breakfast geekery? The back of the boxes, when lined up, make a panoramic image, designed by comic book artist Ivan Reis.
