They have Captain America, Spider-Man, Batman, Iron Man and more. These are some really impressive designs. Then again, these wraps are shown on exotic cars. They might not look as amazing on your minivan or Ford Escort.

1887 Ladies: Old Time Marvel Superheroines

What would Marvel superheroines look like is they had lived in the year 1887? Thanks to artist Michael Dooney we have an idea. He drew this cool series titled “1887 Ladies” and these ladies look spectacular. They are elegant, with steampunk and Victorian and old west style. I think my favorite is Black Widow. Colorful Joker And Harley Quinn Art

I came across this amazing art and had to share. These colorful images of Harley Quinn and The Joker are awesome. They were made by Thaís Petersen. The Harley piece was made for a game expo and the Joker was a commission. I love the colors and the shading on these. It reminds me how interested I am in the new Suicide Squad movie. These characters may not be the same level of insane as the movie, but this is some super nice art.

Marvel And DC Superhero Families

You know who the real heroes are? People who are all about family. Good moms and dads are way more super than Batman and Wonder Woman. I guess that’s why I like this art series from French artist Andry Shango. These images are adorable and all about “Super Families”.

He manages to convey a ton of emotion in these images, even though you don’t see faces. That just blows me away. It’s always fun to see our heroes in new ways. In this case, we see them as more family oriented.

The Order Of X: Medieval X-Men Art

Artist Nate Hallinan created this medieval X-Men character art. This series is called The Order of X and it puts the X-Men in another time and place. These stunning images are just begging to be made into a movie. I’d also love to see some people cosplay these characters. These images are so visually striking.

You can find even more info about each character as well as some concept sketches on Nate’s website. I love Nate’s attention to detail. Awesome.

DC Ladies In The Style Of Alphonse Mucha’s The Four Seasons

Artist Allison Sohn recently posted this amazing commission by her husband Adam Hughes. It is a four piece set that shows some lovely DC ladies done in the style of Alphonse Mucha’s “The Four Seasons”. It is an absolutely lovely set.

If you are wondering how he got those amazing colors, these are done in color Copic Marker with colored pencils, some paint, and ink. I would love to own some prints. Hopefully he will make some available for purchase. Maybe he will create more. I love it.
