This creative and talented father and son team build giant Transformers statues out of trash. And they look awesome. You know, considering that they are made out of trash. Specifically scrapmetal. Check out the video.
In 2010, Chinese farmer Yu Zhilin and his son Yu Lingyun opened up their own metalworking shop in the country’s Hunan Province. Inspired by the futuristic robots from the movie “Transformers,” the pair began fashioning original statues from scrap metal. Their first design took about a month and a half to build, but they’ve since created an impressive array of statues, giving new life to discarded car parts along the way. It’s not just the success of their new business that makes this father-son duo happy; the craft itself has brought them closer together.

Russian artist Max Degtyarev specialises in some pretty cool cutaways and one of his latest works is none other than Adventure Time’s Tree Fort,shown here in some insane detail. You could look at this thing all day long and still find new cool things. Finn and Jake have some very cool digs, that’s for sure. I wouldn’t mind living in that tree house with them and having all kinds of cool adventures. Make sure that you take in all of the details here, because there is so much that you don’t see at first. Keep looking and you will be rewarded.
Wonder Woman has always been a great hero, but since her latest movie has arrived, she is on fire. Everyone loves her and she is inspiring a whole new generation. This Minimalist and Retro Wonder Woman Print just looks amazing. I love it. Simple, yet retro and bold. One glance and everyone knows who this is. Fans are going to love having this print displayed in their home.
Comic book cover art is awesome. They use a variety of styles, but have you ever seen comic book covers that are made from balloons? These awesome balloon sculptures as comic book covers were created by Phileas Flash. They take days to make and the pieces themselves fit into a 10 foot by 10-foot space. Then photoshop is used to add the letters which are also balloons. I love all of the detail that he gets with this unusual medium.

These redesigns of some Marvel Superheroes from Can Egridere are pretty cool. I really love the Spider-Man and Daredevil ones. I can see that Spidey mask being a bad guy though. Very cool. Iron Man kind of looks dorky, but it’s a fun design. I would love to see his take on more superheroes. What do you guys think?
Not so long ago in a galaxy quite nearby… Matt Ferguson created this awesome Guardians of the Galaxy poster based on the classic vintage Star Wars poster. It is so awesome. Enough said.

She may not look like much, but she’s got strings where it counts. Just when you thought you’ve seen everything, we have a genuine Millennium Falcon Violin. Perfect for playing Han (violin) Solos. Actually, I lied. It doesn’t have strings, so you can’t actually play it. But boy is this a conversation piece. The artist did create it around a real violin though and the engines light up with blue LEDs. If you buy it, just don’t stop your concert at the first sign of Imperial trouble.

Wow. Kilory does an amazing job on this Wonder Woman cosplay. She looks fantastic. You know what they say, if you can’t get Gal Gadot, get Kilory instead. No, they don’t say that, but they should. She completely owns it and could actually be Wonder Woman. No question about it. The costume is near perfect and the photos taken by Phillysia are great. This is just so perfect.
