The Fur Awakens – Star Paws Starring Waffles the Cat

Star Paws Starring Waffles the Cat
Now this is a reboot that I can get behind. Star Wars featuring the same cute cat in every role. We will call it Star Paws and the universe will rejoice. Artist Derlaine illustrates Waffles the Cat as several Star Wars characters in this fun and furry illustration. If you absolutely love it, the image is available as a print from Derlaine’s storenvy shop. Remember, Waffles shot first!

Kids With Superhero Shadows
Being a kid means that you can be any superhero you want. All you have to do is use your imagination. Then you can become anything you want. You may look the same to everyone else, but in your imagination, and in your heart you are a superhero. That is the power of childhood and this series from artist Jason Ratliff illustrates this perfectly. Children with their favorite superhero as a shadow. Superhero shadows. These images are a part of his series Super Shadows and Super Shadows 2. You can buy prints here.

Cool LEGO Doctor Who TARDIS Interior

Cool LEGO Doctor Who TARDIS Interior
This is an interesting LEGO TARDIS interior by AdNorrel, who was inspired after watching the episode Journey to the Center of the TARDIS. And while this build isn’t based on any specific room inside the TARDIS, it captures the general look quite nicely. I can easily see this as a very important room deep within the TARDIS. Some sort of mystical generator perhaps. I love how he got the look of the crystals. You can check out more on his Flickr page.
