Doctor Who Tea Set

There’s nothing like having a good cup of tea while watching Doctor Who and with this cool Doctor Who Tea Set you can have an appropriate Timelord themed tea from brewing to sipping. This fun set is decorated with Police phone boxes, bow ties, an adipose and the sugar bowl even has the words “Hello Sweetie”. Why you cheeky little monkey. There are even some surprises under the lids.

You get the teapot, a teapot warmer, creamer and sugar bowl with a porcelain spoon, a tea cup strainer, and a dish to set the strainer on. This is a cute set for the Doctor Who themed kitchen.

Boba Fett: The Twelve Parsec Stare

Star Wars was influenced by classic westerns as well as other genres, and if there is one character that we would want to see in a serious Western style story, it is Boba Fett. In fact, every time I watch Sergio leone’s spaghetti westerns I see Lee Van Cleef as the embodiment of Boba Fett. Lucas must have been inspired by Lee Van Cleef in some capacity.

Anyway, Boba Fett meets Spaghetti westerns. Enjoy. Wouldn’t it be amazing to get a real Boba Fett Western? I can only hope.

Amazing Heath Ledger Joker Cosplay

As far as Heath Ledger Joker cosplay goes, this has got to be the best of the best. You’ll swear that you are looking at Ledger playing the villain once again. It is just amazing and uncanny.

The Joker, in this case, is actually Jesse Oliva. The photography was done by York in a Box. They obviously make a great team. This is really crazy. If only we could have seen more of Ledger’s Joker.

This Presentation Reel Shows What John Carter Could Have Been

One thing we should all take away from Disney’s recent attempt at John Carter is that it is really hard to make the Edgar Rice Burroughs’ Barsoom novels on film. In 2012, Andrew Stanton’s adaptation bombed at the box office. Now, a Presentation Reel of another adaptation has surfaced, and we get to see what might have been.

This reel was put together by director Kerry Conran and it shows off some amazing visuals from concept art that was created for the adaptation. There is also some action and fight scenes. There are many similarities, but it has more of a pulp feel for sure. It sure looks like a better and more sweeping adaptation. Sadly, we will likely never see it fully realized on screen, which is a real shame.

Iron Man Mark I Arc Reactor Prop Replica

Tony Stark built one in a cave, but presumably Intersectsales was able to take his time building this Iron Man Mark I Arc Reactor Prop Replica and work at his leisure. This is a detailed, hand made prop replica of that very Arc Reactor that Tony Stark made in the cave and it looks fantastic.

The detail is awesome and it includes individually wound copper coils. It is designed to be an accurate 1:1 scale replica.

Repurposed Sci-Fi Vintage Vinyl Record Clocks

VinylEvolution sells all kinds of cool vintage vinyl records that have been turned into amazing geek clocks. They have everything from Batman to Jurassic Park to Star Wars and the Terminator. They are groovy and geeky. Pun intended. They would look great in any mancave or geeked out home. The details are super nice and they are affordable. I’m not sure how they are cutting them so nicely, but the end result is pretty amazing.

If they don’t have the theme you are looking for they will probably make it for you.

Star Spangled Lynda Carter Inspired Wonder Woman Costume

This is an amazing replica of the Wonder Woman costume that Lynda Carter wore in the classic TV show. It really does look like it is museum quality. It is perfect for Display, Cosplay events or whatever.

That is some amazing quality work. It’s beautiful. Whoever buys this is the real Wonder Woman as far as I’m concerned.

Star Wars Ships Crash In Major Cities

Graphic designer Nicolas Amiard brings fantasy and reality crashing together, quite literally, using modern cityscapes and the Star Wars vehicles. These digitally-enhanced images imagine that the Star Wars ships have crash landed in the middle of highly populated cities.

There’s the star destroyer in Paris, the millennium falcon in lower Manhattan, a TIE Fighter in London and more. What goes up must come down, so I’m glad these ships are in another galaxy.

Artist Joel Harris imagined what some of our favorite superheroes would look like if they were manatees. Spoiler alert: They are all pretty fat and look very much the same out of their costumes.
