Last year, Star Trek turned 50, not that they did anything special to celebrate. Well, this September, The Next Generation will turn 30. And to celebrate this milestone, artist Dusty Abell has created two very cool posters packed full of ships, characters, and more. Can you even spot all of the characters in these posters? It might take you all day. The two posters are divided into good guys and villains. So one has the Enterprise crew and the other has Romulans, Borg, and Klingons, plus many other bad guys. These are a lot of fun. This limited edition poster set can be found at Roddenberry.com. I’ll be busy looking at these for the rest of the day.

Enjoy your morning coffee in one of these cool and classy mugs. This Ships Of Star Trek Mug Set gives you the NCC-1701-D Enterprise, Romulan D’Vorx Class, Klingon Bird of Prey, Cardassian Galor Class, and Ferengi D’Kora. Choose whichever fits your mood and enjoy a good drink. Captain Picard would approve.

Checkout these Star Trek ships reimagined as road-worthy vehicles by Budget Direct. Sure, they aren’t exactly practical, but these are still some very cool designs. I would totally collect these if they were special edition hot wheels cars. I really love the Romulan warbird and the Defiant. I could see those on the road in the future. Someone make these so I can buy them!

Lego artist Robert Lundmark has created a series of Star Wars vehicle specification sheets, which feature a detailed LEGO model of each vehicle, along with all the specifications and information. They look really good and each LEGO creation is top notch.

Miniature LEGO Buck Rogers and Battlestar Galactica Ships! Aren’t they cute? You see LEGO, it wouldn’t take much to start producing small sci-fi themed sets that geeks like me would actually buy. Package a few mini ships together like these and I’m all over them. These were created by Sparkart who makes all kinds of cool LEGO creations.

Over the years Sci-Fi has given us many cool and famous rides. This is by no means a comprehensive series detailing all of them, but Christian Petersen’s art covers some of our favorites. I like the captions he provided under each one. The real question is which would win in a race? Well, that’s obvious.
The TARDIS would almost win, but since that miniature ship is in the Doctor’s bloodstream, it would cause him to pass out, allowing the miniature ship to leave the Doctor, exit the TARDIS and win the race.

These Star Wars Lego Minifigs Wearing Spaceship Costumes are simply adorable. They were created by Nick Chen. Each of these characters are wearing their own ships and vehicles as if cosplaying. It’s a pretty cool idea and it really makes for some great new LEGO creations. A few of our favorites are below, but you can check Nick’s Flickr page for more.
They look easy enough to make if you want these on your desk. They are pretty cute.

Geek up your walls with these cool Sci-Fi Vehicle Art Prints from UltraPrint. They have a large assortment of cool geeky prints including Star Trek ships, Star Wars vehicles, Batman’s vehicles and more. These look great and come as sets. You can get them in different colored backgrounds. I love the Star Trek ships and the set showing off some of Batman’s toys, although they are all very cool.

If Star Wars was a horror franchise instead of Sci-Fi, these ships might look at home in a galaxy far, far away. As it is, these Star Wars ships as Monsters are very disconcerting and scary. But cool as hell. Artist Jake Parker created these cool ships that are alive in a whole new way. I love how the Death Star has a Sarlacc Pit in it. It’s always interesting to see familiar things in a whole new way. These remind me of these cool sci-fi ships and characters that look like fossils.
These ships are primitive and fierce and are not to be messed with. You can buy a signed print featuring these ships here.
