The Solo: A Star Wars Story Official Trailer is finally here. It’s got space cars, beautiful women, Lando, a train heist and everything else that you could want from a Star Wars movie. I’m a little concerned that Aiden Ehrenreich’s performance is very flat in this trailer, but the movie looks great visually, so I’m hoping it’s a good movie.
Hallmark is still celebrating the 50th anniversary of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Yesterday we told you about the plush Dave Bowman toy they unveiled and now they have a neat Hallmark HAL 9000 Christmas Ornament. The red eye glows and it says phrases from the movie. Although we don’t yet know which phrases those are. This is a must for any geek Christmas tree.

Fifty years ago, the science fiction film, 2001: A Space Odyssey premiered in theaters and we would never be the same. Sadly, there’s a lack of cool 2001 collectibles, but Hallmark is doing their part to give us something adorable. Dave Bowman’s character has been turned into one of the most adorable plush toys I’ve ever seen. I kinda wish they had released a plush monolith too, but Dave Bowman is pretty darn cute.
Awww. Rick is getting himself a quality hug. The Funko POP! Rick and Morty Rick with Facehugger Vinyl Figure has Rick getting attacked by a Facehugger. Where’s Morty when you need him? Not that he would be much help. “Oh geez, Rick. Oh man! You got something on your face there Rick!”

LEGO’s new Tron: Legacy light cycles set is almost here. This began life on LEGO Ideas and now it is a real product. LEGO Ideas is where all of the best sets come from lately. The set includes two light cycles, and three minifigure versions of Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), Quorra (Olivia Wilde), and Rinzler (Anis Cheurfa), along with identity discs. Those light cycles are looking sharp. The set is 230 pieces in all. That’s a small set, but one with very impressive details. It will be available on March 31st.
I’ve seen more Baby Groot figures then I can shake a stick at,(Pun intended) but this is the cutest. Etsy seller Mirror3dArt did a perfect job, capturing all of the details and making a stunning 3D printed and handpainted toy. They really brought the little sapling to life. I NEED this guy for my work desk!
