There’s nothing better than sci-fi robots. There have been so many over the years, I wish I could collect them all as action figures and have them on my shelf. If only. Who doesn’t love Gremlins? Or Mogwai? Even the bad guys are cute. Well, if you have a special place in your heart for the movie Gremlins, you’ll love this minimalist take on the series from french artist Mister Gamma. I’m not sure if they are still for sale, since I can’t find them anywhere else, but if you get a hold of these, don’t leave them on your wall after midnight, don’t get them wet and don’t expose them to bright light.

Penguin Books is releasing an updated anthology for their Doctor Who short stories that are written by famous children’s authors. This new version is updated to include a story for Peter Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor.
But just look at those new minimalist covers for each book. It really is like having every doctor inside of that TARDIS slipcase. Take my money!
