Alden Ehrenreich as young Han Solo just couldn’t fill the shoes of Harrison Ford. Well, if you want to see what the film might have looked like with a young Harrison Ford in the role. This fun and also disturbing video comes from the YouTube channel derpfakes. My favorite thing is how Ford’s head is way too big for Ehrenreich’s body.
This movie is looking better and better with every trailer. I truly hope it lives up to its predecessor. Blade Runner 2049 is arriving this week, and some of the people who’ve seen are calling it a visual masterpiece. It certainly looks like it could be just that. Check out the final trailer below. You’ll be glad you did since it includes a character from the first film that we haven’t seen since.
This weekend is the 35th anniversary of Blade Runner, and with the new movie coming our way soon, let’s celebrate with a new behind-the-scenes featurette about the sequel. It features much of the cast and crew, showing off the world of 2049 Los Angeles, as well as how Blade Runner 2049 is trying to set itself apart from the original. The previous trailer didn’t have me as excited as I wanted, but this featurette really has me wanting to see the movie. It doesn’t reveal much about the plot, but it really shines a light on the world building that took place to make this film happen.

This is Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford in their everyday clothes. But even then, during Mark Hamill’s screen test, it is mesmerizing and the performance is totally convincing. Yeah, this is the guy for the job.

Here it is. Deckard’s blaster in all it’s glory. This just may be the coolest prop replica ever. At $900 it is pricey, but this replica is a work of art and true to the actual prop used in the movie. It has all of the details just right. Just look at this blaster come to life.
It is limited to only 50 pieces worldwide. If this amazing piece of Sci-Fi history is too much for your wallet, there’s a $570 edition available as an unassembled model kit. I could admire this weapon for hours and not get bored. Totally worth every penny.
