It is pretty handy if you find yourself in Westeros with a mighty thirst. Fighting for the Iron Throne will certainly make you thirsty. A tall glass of Arbor Gold sounds pretty good. As do the Dornish Red Wines.

Sadly, the Starks don’t grow any wine thanks to the climate in the North, but I’m sure they enjoy and import it from many other lands and houses.
