The Millennium Falcon Bedroom

The Millennium Falcon Bedroom
Dericrw and his wife built this amazing Star Wars bedroom for their son.It has a super cool sleeping pod modeled after the Millennium Falcon, which fits a twin bed. The whole thing is bolted to the ceiling joists. The rest of the ship is painted on the wall behind it to give the illusion that the entire sock is parked there. This awesome kid fort has a fan for air circulation, LED lights, a TV and a secret weapons cache with his Nerf guns and lightsabers.

Custom Cardboard Superheroes

Custom Cardboard Superheroes
I’m pretty blown away by what some people manage to create with cardboard, so when I saw Shreyas Malvankar’s Custom Cardboard Superheroes I was beyond impressed. How he gets so much detail using cardboard, I have no idea. That Gladiator Hulk has several accessories for instance. I hope he creates even more. Check out Batman, Hulk, optimus Prime, the Joker, Iron Man and more over on their Behance page where you can see all of the finer details.

Must Have - Star Trek TNG Minifigures
Back when Star Trek: The Next Generation was airing LEGO wasn’t licensing movies and TV shows so we missed out on some really great toys. Star Trek: TNG has never officially been available in LEGO form, but I suspect they would have looked a lot like these custom Star Trek TNG minifigures if they had been released at the time.

This eight-figure set includes Wesley Crusher, Lt. Commander Data, Dr. Beverly Crusher, Cmdr. William Riker, Capt. Jean-Luc Picard, Counselor Deanna Troi, Lt. Cmdr. Geordi La Forge, and Lieutenant Worf. They are compatible with your existing plastic brick collections, even though they are not official. You can get a version with more natural skin tones for around $100, or the more traditional yellow skin tones, for around $94. You can also just buy them for $15-$16 individually.

Cool LEGO Doctor Who TARDIS Interior

Cool LEGO Doctor Who TARDIS Interior
This is an interesting LEGO TARDIS interior by AdNorrel, who was inspired after watching the episode Journey to the Center of the TARDIS. And while this build isn’t based on any specific room inside the TARDIS, it captures the general look quite nicely. I can easily see this as a very important room deep within the TARDIS. Some sort of mystical generator perhaps. I love how he got the look of the crystals. You can check out more on his Flickr page.
