Hot Toys Life-Size Batman v Superman Armored Batman Figure

They already make the most realistic 12-inch action figures anywhere, but that isn’t enough, now Hot Toys has announced that they will be making a new scale of figure. Life-sized action figures. That’s right. What you see here is a 7-foot, 2-inch figure. Next they will be cloning the actors and offering living life-sized figures. Give them a few decades.

The eyes light up, it has a BvS logo base and as usual it is incredibly detailed. We don’t know when Hot Toys will release this huge figure,but the price will be out of my reach, I know that much.

Star Wars LEGO Teedo And Luggabeast Concept Set

The scene where Rey and BB-8 first met is recreated here with the Teedo scavenger and the Luggabeast. This amazing recreation was made by LEGO Ideas member hongtzer. It is their idea of a proposed playset and it is really expertly done. I can’t imagine LEGO would do a better job. It is perfect.

Which makes it a bit heartbreaking, because this concept has arrived a bit too late. LEGO already has a Teedo minifig and a luggabeast on the way as part of an upcoming set called Encounter on Jakku (75148). Oh well, we can still admire hongtzer’s work and give them credit where credit is due. Great build.

Alien Xenomorph Statue by Sideshow Collectibles

Sideshow Collectibles does it again with this awesome Alien Xenomorph Statue. It is the Alien Internecivus raptus Statue. That means ‘murderous thief,’ and it is one of the few official names recorded for the xenomorph species. This Xenomorph has an elegant pose as it is ascending from a surreal monochromatic chamber, with its limbs crossed and its barbed tail coiled. It is so detailed that it is horrifying.

It stands 22″ tall x 8.5″ wide x 8″ long. It will be large and in charge in your collection.

Star Wars Lego Minifigs Wearing Spaceship Costumes

These Star Wars Lego Minifigs Wearing Spaceship Costumes are simply adorable. They were created by Nick Chen. Each of these characters are wearing their own ships and vehicles as if cosplaying. It’s a pretty cool idea and it really makes for some great new LEGO creations. A few of our favorites are below, but you can check Nick’s Flickr page for more.

They look easy enough to make if you want these on your desk. They are pretty cute.

Star Trek Sulu 1:12 Collective Action Figure From Mezco

Mezco has announced their second Star Trek action figure in their One:12 range. It’s SULU! What, you were expecting Kirk next? This figure is expected around June or July, joining that fantastic Spock figure in this series.

Just like Spock, this highly detailed figure comes with an insignia display base, with twenty-eight points of articulation. He will have a fabric uniform, and a bunch of cool props, including Sulu’s awesome sword! How cool is that? If that isn’t enough, he will have several different hands and two heads. Star Trek: Enterprise Stamps From Liberia

Why do all of the other countries get all of the cool things? Liberia recently got their first ever postage stamps focusing on Star Trek: Enterprise. They were issued at the end of December and as you can see they are pretty awesome. They focus on the aliens in Enterprise. There’s an Andorian, Silik of the Suliban, the Klingon Doctor Antaak, Doctor Phlox and two Vulcans, T’Pol and Suval. I would love to get my hands on these. I bet the people of Liberia are very happy with these.

Star Wars Imperial Probe Droid Sixth Scale Figure

Your Star Wars Sixth Scale collection is not complete without the Imperial Probe Droid. This is the droid that located the Rebel Alliance base on Hoth and gave away their position to the Empire.

The Imperial Probe Droid Sixth Scale Figure features the probe’s black eye lenses, light up features, and a squawk box with garbled transmission sound effects. Other features include a rotating dome, retractable antennae, and fully articulated manipulator arms. It is every bit as ominous and awesome here as it was in the movie. The detail is accurate right down to the weathering.

Star Trek Spock 1:12 Collective Action Figure From Mezco

Can you look at this new Mezco figure and not think of it as the best TOS era Spock action figure ever? No, you can’t. Because it quite simply is the best. If you can show me a better Spock from that era, I’d love to see it. This is the first in Mezco’s new One:12 Collective range of super-detailed actions figures. I can’t wait to see more of the crew.

He has a real fabric uniform. He also has two head sculpts: one with an arched eyebrow. He also comes with multiple hands, including live long and prosper and mind meld poses. The equipment is just as good as the rest of this set. The communicator, phaser and tricorder have articulated details as well. Not to mention the fact that this is a stunning likeness to Leonard Nimoy. Well done Mezco. You have my money. Spock will be available in June, but you can pre-order him right now.
